Ever wonder that Tanjung Sepat would have a small shop making such a nice pau. I could saw that their business is doing good. Many visitors come to visit their pau's factory which is just a small shoplots and to see how the pau is being made. And some of them will buy their pau to take home as some "sourvenirs" to their friends to try it.
The pau flour is is being put into machine to come out into a standard size for the pau skin and then the filling is put all by human's hand. I saw some aunty / uncle so busy putting the filling in those pau all by their own hand.
In the counter, I saw there are 6 flavours of pau being sold by them : "Sang Yuk" aka meat pau, "Mui Choy", "Red Bean", Kaya, Vegetable Pau...one more , i cant remember..haha..
But i just wanna try 3 of their pau which i think special....the Vegetable , "Mui Choy" and "Sang Yuk"...The pau is really taste good especially while it is still hot. I love the Vegetable pau which filling is jicama aka "sa kok" in chinese and black pepper with some dried shrimps...while for the"Sang Yuk"....the pork inside is marinated and you can taste they put a lot the "Ng Heung Fun" aka "5 spices"...hehe...

Opposite the pau making factory, there is a shop lot which i think is belong to the pau's factory too. The shop behind, you could feel it is actually a family home...while they use their front door as business..hehe..
Many banners being put on the wall and all the banners is the photos of those famous artist or food show came to try the pau....
You may order what kind of pau you want and then taste it with a cup of coffee or tea. One more hints, should taste their coffee..is truly nice. If you wan to buy, just ask the local people there and they will guide you to the coffee factory..hehe..
If you needs more, you can try their fried snacks also inside the same stall...quite nice too..
