As usual, me and my colleagues always thinking where we could enjoy our lunch and relax a bit from the "political office". Today we drop by at the Purple Cane Restaurant which located at Jalan Maharajelela. I have been there few times and i have been ordering the same thing which is a plate of fried glass noodle for single pax. As what we knew, Purple Cane is famous for its tea leaf. There are various kind of teas : Oolong, green tea, jasmine tea, "Shui Sin"...etc..And i can sure most of their dishes is add with tea leaf. including the rice we have is also Green Tea Rice...lol... This time, we have order few dishes :
1. Stir Fried Kangkong with Spicy Shrimp Paste and Tea - feel bad its too spicy...
2. Stir Fried Spinach and Anchovies with Tea - this is nice..simple and taste good...
3. Simmered Chicken Boxing in Tea & Stir Fried Chicken with Yam- this ok too but little salty for us...
4. Sweet & Sour Slice Fish in Tea - this nothing much special...
5. Homemade Braised Beancurd in Tea Sauce - a round & big beancurd with minced pork .This is the best of all...very tasty...lol
Just try it urself if you think if you really love tea leaf...lol.....
