Konnyaku Jelly

Im sure everyone would have really eaten a Konnyaku Jelly before. I saw it has been sold in pasar malam too. Ever wonder how you do it??

Here there are....Just bought a Konnyaku Jelly in a packet( Included citric acid inside) in any mini market nearby your areas. You may buy with included fruit flavours or maybe just the plain only..Then just add in water(1250ml) and let it boiled...The behind packet would have the detail instructions...Please get ready the jelly mould. So far i have about 5 pcs of the jelly mould in assorted design..You may add some cutted fruits of your favourite into the jelly mould and poor the boiled jelly into the jelly mould. And let it cold before you put into the fridge.

This time, i have bought the lychee flavours. You can see the jelly is really transparent till you saw those cutted fruits is floating inside.
