Erm, actually is when i went to pasar malam last Sunday, my bf decided to bring me to have have some nice thing to eat for dinner. He say drink soup("tain tong" in canto)...lol...i just follow. Erm, this chinese stall dont have any name on it so im not sure how to guide you all.
We have ordered one of the soup which is Chicken & Ginseng Soup. Actually there have a lot of soup during the day and you may ask before you make any orders. For me, i felt the soup is quite salty but i can see it is nicely done and not oily. Erm, too bad they give too little of chicken. Somemore the chicken is in small pieces. They should give 1 whole leg / chicken drumstick. But i think still ok since here is not those big big restaurant. Cant expect much.
Our 2nd dish, fried egg with bitter gourd. The way they cook the bitter gourd kinda different and it really very green in color which make me feel it look so fresh...lol..Sometimes when you outside and order egg with bitter gourd, they usually will beat the egg and spread on the bitter gourd and fried it. But for this, the egg is beaten and fried separate with the bitter gourd. And i think after that the pieces of eggs and bitter gourd will be stir-fry together to add in some taste. Nice try and i have asked my dad to cook this to serve his customer in his rice stall...haha...
When 3rd dish is out, i only noticed that day, we mostly we have ordered mostly is vegetables. haha..the 3rd dish is Stir-fry vegetable with "fu yu" sauce...simple and nice to be eaten with white rice.Location
It nearby the Giant Supermarket (Taman Seapark, PJ) which beside the parking lot. It should be easy to spot this stall.
