This time, i have using the same recipe for butter cake but i have loaded it into 2 loaf pans....Nice try too...lucky it is still nicely baked and the cake rise as what it should be....lol

I arranged all the cups (approx. 20 cups) , each with some mix fruits. I started to boil the water, put some pandan leave and added sugar for taste. Then, i pour a packet of the leftover instant jelly powder which i bought last time. And lastly, add a little drop of red coloring. I waited everything to be boiled and i off the fire and started to pour the jelly on each cup.
It is the day. Every year, i would be headache thinking of a new place to celebrate his birthday. This year, i have decided to bring him to have sushi....
The place look dark when you stepped into it. When we sat on our table, we saw the sushi bar is in the middle whereby you saw 2 sushi chef busy preparing fresh sushi for their customers. As i look around, i saw many green glass bottle being lined up around the wall in a black background on every corner....which make the whole place look classy...
The pricing, i bet you cant really compared with some place as Senjyu Sushi is offering some of their premium choices which i think hardly get from other sushi places. I think is a place which is targeted for a medium class market where they are looking for more variety with a slightly higher price. Once a while, i dont mind going to such places to try new thing if it is worth it. lol...
You can check the prices from their menu or you can saw it beside each table. As usual, each color of the sushi plate has their different pricing tag.
Sencha (Hot Green Tea) (RM2) - as usual, is our favourite tea when having sushi. Drink more tea will help you digest more when you eat sushi. As you know, mostly sushi is wrapped with rice. haha...
Our so called " appetiser"(RM4) - 6 pieces of sushi...which lined on a plate like a flower...
Fresh Sashimi - sliced of salmon, prawn etc...
Mango Ikura (RM6) - mango wrapped with rice on top of salmon roe...with some salad dressing...fresh anf fruity combination...i really saw the chef cut the fresh sliced mango on the spot...the mango is sweet too..
Island Way Sorbet-Pineapple sorbet (RM10.90) - a creamy low fat fruit sorbet. They have used a real pineapple skin and freeze together with the sorbet...nice and really cold...
Dango with Sesame Paste (RM8.90) - a green tea mochi with sesame dip. The mochi is quite hard to chew which is like already frozen. I wish it could be softer and easy to chew it...The sesame dip is sweet and hot when it is served...

Yesterday, while my bf was going to his client site, we have stop by at the Glomac Plaza. This is the 1st time i went there and the place looks so strange and new to me. After settled with his things, we decided to have our late lunch.
Ah Lin Steam Chicken Rice (RM5.30) + Beansprout (RM1.50) - Actually the chicken rice and the beansprout is separated order. Erm, i dont like much steamed chicken....unless it is chicken breast. This is because i scare of the blood coming out from those steamed chicken especially on the drumstick part. The beansprout is nice and around same as what you can get from other place.
Honey Lemon Juice - It look nicely presented on the table but the taste.....erm, i dont actually like it. Might be is the honey problems. It make the drink taste bitter...wonder what kind of honey they are using??
Erm, im sure you all have been trying a lot of steamboat before. So am I. This time,we have selected this as our next stop for steamboat. It actually located opposite road of the famous steamboat buffet (Restaurant Yuen Steamboat)...
The reasons we choose this is because we does not need to BBQ our own....haha...they will help us BBQ. All we need is we just pick the food we want (eg: satay, ham, fish and hotdogs). When we reached, we are asked about the total person who will be dining in. The pricing will be RM19.80nett for adults and RM9.90nett for kids. Then we were asked of our soups. There are few choices for you such as hot & spicy soup, cheesy soup, tom yam soup, herbal soup and the normal "Ching Tong" soup.
At 1st i got think to have Cheese as our base soup because i never tried it before but some of us scare fat...So, the end, we have choose the Tom Yam & "Ching Tong"soup. Then we begin to take our food. All is self service since this is a buffet style. As you can see, all the food is being stored in a plastic tupperware and display in a nice way. All look fresh.

Variety of fishballs, crab sticks, "yong tou fu" pieces etc...
There are limitation of dessert and drinks. All the have is the sliced watermelon, Konnyaku Jelly, ice creams...and for drinks, there have only "leung sui" and chinese tea....

Last weekend, while we are waiting for the time to go cinema to watch the movie Fast & Furious 4, we have walked around Ikano Power Centre. There is a Earth Day Carnival which started on 16/4-26/4. Its actually to create awareness to public about the earth day and how to protect the earth and the other life-living in the earth. There are a lot of information and knowledges we can get from there.
