Seremban Seafood Village

This is my 1st time landed on Seremban town. After we departed from Melaka, we try to follow the signboard and to make our 2nd pit-stop for our trip. .hehe..really paisei that i thought Seremban is just a small town but somehow, we get lost at there while we are trying to search for a restaurant...haha...Really never underestimated a town. I can tell you, it is as big as my hometown, KL..haha...

What we can get in Seremban? All of us would know Seremban is famous for the "Siew Pau" and also Grilled Crab... This time, we are here to taste their crab...hehe..

I have searched online and i get to know this seafood restaurant which called Seremban Seafood Village. We reach there around 5pm which just in time for our early dinner. The place quite "ulu" to me...hehe...At 1st we lost the direction and we ask the local people there to guide us. Once we reached, there are not much people as the day is still early and its raining.

As we get seated, we begin to make our order as we are quite hungry actually..hehe...

Their specialities crab as listed in a board...

Fried "wan tan" skin - something like "wan tan" skin being served but added with salt..quite salty and i dip in to the chilies sauce and it taste good..haha...

Special Chilies Sauce - a nicely blended chilies and garlic with coriander leaf and lemon juice etc...quite appetizing..suit to dip with fried squid or grilled fish...
Grilled crab(RM45 per kg) - is actually expensive compare what we have in KL. But no choice, we came here to taste it. Erm, my opinion, the crab might be cooked with the marmite sauce and then grilled or maybe baked it in hot oven...The sauce is slightly salty but i can accept it and it is tasty too. Fyi, the crab shell is all nicely cracked so it is easy for us to eat...especially for kids and ladies. The crab is just delicious even without dipping into the chilies sauce. And it is fresh and we hope to order more but maybe next time.. Out of our budget for that day..haha..

Stir-fry Noodle - a stir-fry "sang mee" which is one of their signature dish at there. "Sang Mee" is actually something like the "wan tan" noodle. It is actually quite a simple dish with some meat chunks, bean sprout, eggs and vegetable etc but it just brings out the taste we like...

Anyway, we have a great meal while in Seremban even though we unable to find the "siew pau" we want. By the time we reach KL, it almost 9pm but we are slightly hungry and we "yam cha" at Old Town. Next time, we sure be back there to taste the crabs...and hope to buy "siew pau" too..hehe...
