U-Soya @ Taman Segar

It just a normal weekday and me and my friend just feel like having some dessert rather than a normal "mamak" style drink. So, looking through nearby my areas, i have suggested to have special soya bean @ U-Soya. The cafe is actually located same row with the Wood Saloon.

To be honest, it is really difficult to find a packing space there. We have turn for few times and lastly we ended parking inside Leisure Mall...But still ok, since is weekday, the parking fees is just RM1.

So what we could have there?? For sure all is about soya .....either soya bean milk or soya beancurd aka "Tau Fu Fah". There are many choices of "Tau Fu Fah" available such as red bean, almond, coffee, sunflower seed, peanut, honey etc which is added for topping. For those who prefer the normal "Tau Fu Fah", you may have choices for the syrups too : ginger, brown sugar and white sugar...

The boss is good enough to give us a FOC a small bowl of Shanghai Salted "Ta Fu Fah". This is because we have been thinking too long whether wanna try it or not. Sometimes it is quite hard for us to accept a salted "Tau Fu Fah" when most of the time we are having it sweet...lol...Erm, my comment, dont treat this as "Tau Fu Fah"...make it like a normal tofu you always eat outside for a meal....or maybe something like HK style "Chee Cheung Fun"...for this salted "Tau Fu Fah", they have put some dried shrimps & shallots and some chilies i think...coz when i ate it , it is little spicy....

I have pick "Tau Fu Fah" with sunflower seed(RM3.50). It has been served with brown sugar which is also one of my favourite. Actually, the "Tau Fu Fah" is all same with a different topping...So "Tau Fu Fah" is quite smooth and nice to be eaten while it is hot.

One thing reminder, as you know, their "Tau Fu Fah" actually can be served cold or hot. But, just listen to my experience. If can, just have the "Tau Fu Fah" to be served hot. It will taste fresher to you..My friend had order a cold "Tau Fu Fah" with coffee (as above). Is something like a jelly instead of "Tau Fu Fah". The presentation is really not so yummy to us...and taste is also so so. haha...poor her...

Besides that, i think you can get their soya milk which so far my friends is giving a good comment too. Coming soon, i hope to ask my bf to go agian so i could triy their Ice Blended Coffee Soya Milk...should be nice to drink during a hot weather.....lol...
