Noodle Shack @ IKANO

Last night, we redeemed 2 free ticket to watch " The Other Guy" at Cathay Cineleisure. We reached early and decided to have a quick dinner before we proceed to the cinema. While we are waiting for the movie to start (930PM), we walked across to Ikano in search of foods.

Here is the shop. I unable to take a clear view of the restaurant...It is so called Noodle Shack which they specialized in pan me..There are dry / soup pan mee to be choose. For all the pan mee available, all are served without pork and it is replaced with chicken meat...so guess it might be halal..

Traditional Pan Mee Soup - the soup is clear and not oily. The noodle is chewy and taste good. My bf quite like it but one not good, the portion given is quite small. Fyi, after my bf done with this bowl, he went to eat another bowl of noodle in different place...haha...

Sambal Pan Mee - guess it has the same concept like those chily pan mee...but this they have the sambal ....the sambal is slightly sweet and not spicy at all.... The noodle texture is slightly hard compare the soup pan mee ....for this, we need to mixed the egg yolk , sambal and the chicken chunks meat and eat together. The taste is still ok.... wish they could provide a small bowl of soup so the noodle wont be so dry...
