Boulevard Kopitiam

Yesterday, while my bf was going to his client site, we have stop by at the Glomac Plaza. This is the 1st time i went there and the place looks so strange and new to me. After settled with his things, we decided to have our late lunch.

He has recommend me to go to this air-con + fan kopitiam since the weather quite hot that moment. He told me the price there is acceptable and have more variety of foods. To be honest, the place is quite new and there are not much restaurant or coffee house being open. So far beside this kopitiam, i just saw 1 big mamak restaurant and 1 chinese restaurant being open there.

So i look through around their menu. I can see they have offered many types of foods which quite suit for working people there. They have Chinese cuisine(Chicken Rice, Ipoh Hor Fun, Fishball Noodle) , Malay cuisine( Mee Jawa, Nasi Lemak, Tom Yam) and even western cuisine( chicken chop, french fries, toast, breakfast set). With this menu, it sure indeed attracted people to dine in there.

So what i have for lunch?? Check this out :

Nasi Lemak Rendang Chicken (RM6.80) - suit for those who like nasi lemak but do not wish for too hot and spicy sambal. Their sambal is slightly sweet actually..and the rendang chicken is soft..

Ah Lin Steam Chicken Rice (RM5.30) + Beansprout (RM1.50) - Actually the chicken rice and the beansprout is separated order. Erm, i dont like much steamed chicken....unless it is chicken breast. This is because i scare of the blood coming out from those steamed chicken especially on the drumstick part. The beansprout is nice and around same as what you can get from other place.

Honey Lemon Juice - It look nicely presented on the table but the taste.....erm, i dont actually like it. Might be is the honey problems. It make the drink taste bitter...wonder what kind of honey they are using??

If you are passing by there or maybe you are working there, just have a look and try it yourself. The place is clean and is a good place to have a simple lunch. Or maybe have a tea with your clients to discuss business....in a casual way...
