Pho Hoa - Health Conscious Choice

If you thinking to have a simple and casual Vietnamese noodle restaurant, here i could recomend you this. At 1st me and my bf really hesitate to go in as we are not sure what the food is all about. But since it is our dinner time, we are thinking for some simple and not to say healthy food. Here they are..

As we look into the menu, we saw few types of noodle which caught our attention. The end, my bf decide to order their Hot & Sour Seafood Pho (Pho Do bien Chua Cay). It simply look like a tomyam to me but in a different taste. The soup got a lot of herbs which i really not sure what is it and this added more special taste on the whole dish. When you take a 1st spoon of soup, you feel sour then suddenly it turn spicy and you could smell the nice herbs...The soup is not oily at all and nice to eaten with the rice noodle.

I have get myself Vermicelli with Veggie & Grilled Chicken. When the dish is being served, we saw a large bowl contains a lot of veggie such as sliced of carrots, beansprout, green leaves etc...since there is a lot of veggie on top, you could hardly noticed the vermicelli on the below. On top will be the grilled chicken. This dish need to served together with a special sauce (sweet & spicy ) and i toss everything together just like "yee sang" ....special & taste nice and not to say wont be that fattening too since veggie is a lot.

Our drinks Vietnamese style coffee

Jasmine green tea....

Is should be a good choice if you are concerning of a good health....the meal should be less calories and the end, you feel you eat more vegetables than meat...lol
