Earth Day Carnival

Last weekend, while we are waiting for the time to go cinema to watch the movie Fast & Furious 4, we have walked around Ikano Power Centre. There is a Earth Day Carnival which started on 16/4-26/4. Its actually to create awareness to public about the earth day and how to protect the earth and the other life-living in the earth. There are a lot of information and knowledges we can get from there.

Highlights during the carnival :

Eco shoping - many booths has been set up to promote their eco- friendly products which reallly surprises you....

Stylish, economical, eviromental and electric bicycle which can be folded.

Organic Cotton Garments - Thriumph has introduced a new line of undergarment which so called EcoChic....made from organic cotton...wish to get one but i think is not cheap also..just can see only....

Using the reusable small pieces of cloth which attached together to create simple little arts which resembles a bird.....contest is also being held whereby anyone can create a prototype art using all the reuse item and they will stand a chance to win a reconditioned classic bicylcle.. The advantages is to inspire and encourages public to recycle their thing at home.

Wanna loan a bag?? quite interesting which i spotted nearby a counter.

And the counter also simply nice and hanging those reuseable shopping bag which is up for sale.

Each corner there is tree branches being hang with re-useable shopping bags in many kind of pattern and it was so colorful.
