My New Eyewear

Wonder you all can guess what's inside the box above... Levi's free gift?? Nope....Undies packaging box???Nope also...hehe..

Now should be seeing it clearly......what a nice spec box with a denim jeans skin...it actually my new spec

My bro brought me to one of his friend's optical shop ....I should thanks to my bro and his friend for the good discount.... Supposingly Im just wanted to buy some contact lenses for myself and my bf. But then since my old spec has been with me for about 4 years so I think I should change it...

I begin to choose my favourite spec frame which quite similar to my previous style...but color different...The above frame (just frame, ok) from Levi's cost me about RM388....and my bro persuade me to use Transitions lens. Im quite hesitate that time because i need to consider my budget too..But im so lucky....my bro hint to me, his friend will give me a good price...haha...

Fyi, Transitions lenses is quite popular for some time already... Im too out lio..What is the benefit of having Transitions lenses?? The color lenses will adapt to our daily environment......When you outdoor with a bright sun, the lenses will change to slightly grayish...to protect our eyes from UV rays....and it will automatically change back to normal clear white when you back into indoor...

So, after selecting all, and do testing eyes...and final...is paying time le....you all guess how much the total price just for my spec?? I guess, totally would be around rm600 for that whole set...Is it very expensive le?? Anyway, as I said, I got a super good price for it...so Ii feel it is quite affordable....I checked from one of my friend who just purchased the same thing but with just a normal frame(no brand, i think), it already costs her about RM500++...So im quite lucky le....hehe

Here some photos for you all to see...

A better view of it....

Spec with transitions lenses...

Lastly, my advice is if you are the person who always wear spec, I would suggest it is better to look for good and comfortable one. If you count back, it is always cheaper and safer than you always use the contact lens...would you all agree it??

6 to 10 Grill & Nasi Lemak

What a simple name for this restaurant.. 6 to 10 Grill & Nasi Lemak......mainly there are serving western food and their homemade nasi lemak.. To be honest, i always passed by this shop...but yet i dont have the chance to try it...all because i always saw the place is full house.

As usual the place is located around the housing area which I dont think much people will aware of the place too.... Anyway, that place have quite a number of nice and well known cafe or restaurant such as Food Foundry Cafe , Restaurant Choon Yien & My Elephant Thai Restaurant.

So, below is my foodies on that day:

Hot drink - Teh Tarik (RM3) & Barley (RM2)

Nasi Lemak- 2 dishes (RM11.50) - a consist of santan rice , peanuts and ikan bilis, sambals, egg, cucumber and 2 side dishes which is curry chicken and minced spicy pork...Personally i quite love the minced pork because it is flavouring to me together with the rice. Suppose we wish to hav the pork rendang(which seldom we can have outside) but somehow it is sold out that time. Next time, im sure go to try their it...

Grilled Chicken Chop with Black Pepper Sauce (RM13.80) - consider quite a big portion. I was given 3 medium size chicken breast meat. The meat was grilled nicely and it just nice to have it together with the sauce.

Our dessert - Mix Salad with thousand island dressing (RM5)...yummy...

Meow Meow Seafood Grill Fish Restaurant

Last weekend I was having some time with my family. Around evening, i had went to Subang Carrefour to get something...wow...hard to believe that day I already spend a lot that. Due to i bought a new spec and helping my bf to buy some lens and a sunglasses...Anyway, that part, i have save a lot due to my bro knew the optical shop owner...so no complaints...haha

After that, we keep searching for any nice place for our dinner with my family. We look around and headed back to Sunway to try our luck...I passed the Sunway Pyramid which is quite crowded with cars...and causing jam on the road...Then we went deeper and found this restaurant...

At 1st, we thought it is a chinese restaurant....but when you went into it, it looks like Thai style...some of the Thai praying or maybe the TV also subtitle in Thai words...Once more cute thing, their restaurant name is "Meow Meow"...haha...specialized in grilled seafood, i guess... So, the waiter there is nice enough to guide us to an empty table. Our table is just in front of the grilling kitchen...the kitchen is open for viewing...due to glass wall....You may see all those chef is busy grilling, cooking, steaming etc...

Glass Wall - Kitchen

So, we begin to look at their menu. It is quite interesting because as i saw the menu, i feel like wanna to eat it all...haha...

So, as usual, my bro will be the one who made the order...and guess who will pay it...who else?? Me lol...haha...Just take a look of our dishes ordered.

Rice (RM4.80 for 4 paxs) : Rice is placed on a something like Thai style of pot.....

Squid Fried Curry Leaf Belacan with Petai (RM18- Small) : Quite nice but portion is small...maybe due to we are just 4 paxs only....But better without petai, this is due to my mum like it so we request to add petai...The sambal is not spicy but quite flavouring...

Tom Yam Steam Prawn (RM28- Small) : The prawns is being wrapped with aluminium foil together with the tom yam gravy and those vegetables...the ingrediant is rather simple with cabbage, ladyfingers and tomatoes...good thing is the prawn is fresh..we counted there are 7 pcs of prawns altogether.

Salted Egg Bitter Gourd (RM10 - Small) : This is slightly not what we expected. It looks like more to fried egg with bitter gourd than using the salted egg...There are not much salted egg taste...but lucky the bitter gourd is not bitter at all...

Golden Tau Fu (RM13 - Small) : Square type of taufu...egg taufu which taste great with the minced meat.. Slightly spicy and salty..

Steam Kam Fung Fish with Sauce (RM22) : erm, fish is fresh...and the taste of this dish very depending on the soy sauce. Overrall, it just ok for this fish..next time, i should ask for grilled fish better...

Overrall, my family quite ok with their foods. Total bills is RM109.00 included a pot of tea and some service charges.
